Beschreibung:
We seek 1 creative person to contribute to our coming exhibition as an Artist Manager.
The Artist Manager will collaborate with our Executive Director for approximately 2h/week.
ROLE
This is a flexible volunteer opportunity for junior and middle project assistants/ exhibition assistants/ artist liaison associates / people & culture associates / people who have passion to explore a wide variety of artists and have the capacity to get themselves involved during their free time.
YOUR TASKS
Administration:
- Check your Blink Email once a week and respond
- Identify talent and select visual artists (submissions, talent pool, active sourcing)
- Send artist proposals and note confirmed artists
Organisation:
- Be the right hand of our executive Director when it comes to artist communication
REQUIREMENTS
- You have an Eye for details
- You have good computer & editing skills
- You have excellent organisational skills
- You are communicative and openminded
- You are fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus
- Graphic Design / Marketing / PR skills are a plus but not mandatory
- You are flexible*
*This is the best role for someone who has already a job and is interested in getting involved in something creative during his/her/their free time.
